Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You may modify or cancel orders within 24 hours of placement.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Domestic (US): Free shipping on orders over $100

• International: Rates calculated at checkout. Shipping times vary by destination.

Delivery Time

• US Standard: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–20 business days (longer for remote areas)

Tracking & Support

A tracking number will be sent via email once shipped. For missing/damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and clearance fees. Refused packages will not be refunded for shipping costs.
